Lauren Black

Lauren Black is a Senior Associate with our Property and Business teams.  Lauren joined Plastiras Lawyers in 2017 after gaining her legal experience working with boutique firms.

Lauren advises property investors, landlords and tenants across a range of matters including commercial, retail and residential sales and acquisition, as well as leasing.  Her key clients include a major landlord with retail and commercial properties located Australia wide and a national hospitality franchisor who has 40 outlets across the country.

As well as Property matters, Lauren advises on commercial transactions including business sales and acquisitions, distribution agreements, mortgages and other security arrangements, partnership agreements and business terms and conditions.

Working alongside Con Plastiras, Lauren also advises health professionals with the sale and purchase of their practices and pharmacies.  This includes contract negotiation and preparation, due diligence, advising on regulatory requirements and settlement arrangements.

Lauren also provides estate planning and succession advice, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, advanced health directives and trusts.
