Pauline assists owner-occupiers, property investors, and high-net-worth individuals with all aspects of conveyancing, from contract preparation and due diligence to smooth settlement arrangements. She also works closely with buyers in large off-the-plan developments, providing pre-contract advice and handling conveyancing for new apartments, townhouses, and vacant land purchases.
