Adam Raleigh

Adam Raleigh is a Special Counsel with our Property and Business teams.  Adam joined Plastiras Lawyers in 2021 and has over 20 years boutique firm experience.

Adam advises an extensive range of SMEs across various industries.  His expertise includes business sales and acquisitions, franchising, establishing business entities, restructures and mergers.  He also prepares and advises on various agreements, such as shareholder agreements, company minutes, constitution amendments, share sale agreements, franchise documents, asset sale agreements and intellectual property licences.

Adam’s key clients include a national hospitality franchisor who has 40 outlets across the country and small business owners across a range of industries.

Property is another key area of Adam’s expertise.  Adam acts for business owners and investors on the sale and acquisition of retail, commercial buildings and development sites.  This includes drafting specialised contracts and agreements, conducting due diligence and solving complex property requirements.

Adam also provides leasing advice to landlords and business owners.  His expertise includes preparing and negotiating commercial, industrial, retail and advertising sign leases and advising on niche leasing issues such as assignments, amendments to lease terms, surrenders, subleases, defaults and terminations.
