Katie Kennedy

Katie Kennedy is a Paralegal with our Property team.  Katie joined Plastiras Lawyers in 2011, and has over 20 years experience gained working with boutique firms.

Katie acts for buyers and sellers of residential property and assists with contract preparation and advice, due diligence enquiries and settlement arrangements.

Her clients include owner occupiers, property developers and investors.

As well as contract purchases, Katie assists with the transfer of properties without contracts.  This includes property transfers pursuant to Family Court orders and binding financial agreements, transfers to family members, spouses, superannuation funds and beneficiaries or executors under a Will.

Katie also works with property developers by assisting with their residential unit, vacant land and commercial lot developments.  She also acts for purchasers in off the plan developments helping with all their legal requirements from pre-signing contract advice through to settlement.
