Nol Bradshaw

Nol Bradshaw is a Solicitor with our Property and Business teams. Nol joined Plastiras Lawyers in 2025 after gaining experience with boutique law firms on the Gold Coast.

Nol has experience across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, acting for property investors, developers, business owners and private clients. Her experience includes residential and commercial conveyancing, contract reviews and negotiations, due diligence, off-the-plan purchases and developments, and settlement arrangements.

Nol also assists clients with commercial transactions, including business sales and acquisitions, commercial agreements and other property-related matters. She has a particular interest in property transactions and works closely with clients to provide practical advice and guide them through each stage of their matter.

In addition to her property and commercial work, Nol has experience in wills and estates and succession matters, allowing her to provide clients with a broader range of advice where their property and personal affairs intersect.
